To provide a better gaming environment to all of the players, we have decided to introduce a Community Watch (CW) System into the game. The CWS System is a program that enlists the active participation of players appointed by us, to reduce inappropriate language in the servers and ensure cooperation with game rules.

After days of consideration, the actual duties and responsibility of Community Watchers have been finally decided. At first, only "Report" and "Mute" power will be given to the Community Watchers. The other functions will be made available for CWs at a later date.

Currently we have no plan to give ban power to CWs due to large amount of comments received from our players. The All of the appointed CWs will be at Level 1 (have mute and report buttons, only).

If a CW finds any illegal behavior which is in violation of the game rule, he can either choose to report or mute the player involved. The GMs in charge will receive the report information from the database.

All the Community Watchers have to obey the CW rules and regulations to do their jobs.      Evidence needs to be provided when a CW takes action on any other players. If any CW abuses the power for the personal interests, the main accounts of the CW involved would be permanently banned.

The CW power will be given to the appointed Watchers within one week and the probation period will start from October 25th to November 25th.
